Sky on XBOX 360

Hi all, does anybody use this? If so is it any good? I've had a look online but I'm confused about the prices and what you get for it. Advice / links welcome. Whilst I'm at it, does anybody know how much bandwidth it uses ? Given that most UK ISP's offer capped connections it'd be good to know..
